OVERVIEW
In 2023 and 2024 I collaborated closely with internal designers and external vendors to create a high-end booth for the annual Groceryshop conference in Las Vegas. Groceryshop is the leading event for grocery and CPG brands, attracting over 5,000 attendees and 1,700 retailers and brands. Working hand-in-hand with internal motion designers, I brought my vision for the booth's multimedia elements to life. Additionally, a videographer and I were onsite to capture key materials for social media, PR, and sales communications, ensuring our presence was visually stunning and effectively promoted.
This event generated a sharp increase in incremental sales and paved the way for an expansion into even more events later in 2024.
I collaborated closely with in-house motion designers to visually anchor the key Reasons to Believe (RTBs) that support our messaging, while seamlessly integrating our theme of the Las Vegas Grand Prix and our sponsorship of Logan Sargeant from Williams Racing.
In addition to art directing the design and graphics of the booth, I was on-site during its construction to ensure everything met expectations and to troubleshoot any issues that arose as well as capture the booth and event itself.
To better capitalize on the event. I took advantage of the fact that there would be many remote senior leaders from the sales team on site and organized recording thought leadership pieces that we could release both during and post event on Ibotta's B2B social channels. This expanded our reach at the event as well as after driving more awareness and incremental sales.
To maximize time with potential clients who were often busy during the day, we organized and developed collateral for offsite evening events where our sales team could meet with people in a fun relaxed atmosphere.
