OVERVIEW

Who doesn’t love cash back? In this candid camera spot, we brought the cash back experience directly to our savers in-store, with hilarious results.

In my role on the commercial campaign, I spearheaded the creation of the Request for Proposal (RFP), which led to a comprehensive selection process resulting in TDA Boulder as our agency partner. My responsibilities included client-side art direction, where I played a pivotal role in concept selection, set and prop design, and casting. I also supervised the editing process, created the end card animation, and collaborated on music and voiceover choices, ensuring a cohesive vision throughout the project.

“There’s no catch—it's just cash.” Bringing cash back to our savers in-store significantly outperformed our previous spots in terms of sentiment, perceived value, and believability. The campaign achieved a remarkable 94% unaided recall among the test group and a 68% net perceived value.
